1. Who this notice covers

   This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Synergreens International website, stores, checkout, customer support, and Independent Distributor program. It applies wherever you live. If a mandatory privacy law in your country of residence gives you rights this notice does not reduce, those rights still apply.

3. Information we collect

   We collect only what we need to operate the store, fulfill orders, and administer distributorships:

   • Identity and contact details, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and delivery or pickup address;
   • Account credentials you create, and the country you select for pricing, currency, and store availability;
   • Order details, including products, quantities, the store or courier you choose, and the order history on your account;
   • Payment results and references. Card, wallet, or bank details you enter are processed by the payment provider you choose. We keep the confirmation needed to complete and support the order;
   • Independent Distributor records, including sponsor, membership, and commission-related account activity, when you join the program;
   • Messages you send to us, and technical information such as browser type and pages visited, as needed to run and protect the website.

4. How we use information

   We use personal information to create and manage accounts, process orders, deliveries, pickups, refunds, and exchanges, and to show prices and availability for the country you selected. We also use it to operate the Independent Distributor program, answer support requests, protect the website, prevent fraud, and meet accounting, tax, and other legal duties.

   Service messages about your account or order are part of that service. We send marketing only where you have agreed, or where the law allows it, and you may opt out of marketing at any time.

5. When we share information

   We do not sell, share, or trade personal information so that other companies can market to you. We share information only as needed:

   • With the courier, store, or payment provider involved in your order;
   • With service providers who host, secure, or support our website and communications, and who may use the information only for that work;
   • With an Independent Distributor’s sponsor, limited to what the distributorship program needs for training and support;
   • With authorities, advisers, or another party when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to protect SGI, our Distributors, or our customers.

6. International handling

   SGI is an international company. Personal information may be handled at our sales office in the Philippines, which is the country you selected, and by service providers who support payments, delivery, hosting, or email. We limit that handling to the purposes in this notice. Selecting Philippines sets the store, currency, and governing law for this website. It does not waive privacy rights that the law of your residence requires us to honor.

7. Cookies and similar tools

   We store the country you select in a cookie, so pricing, currency, and regional store availability stay consistent on later visits. The website also uses session cookies so your cart and sign-in can work during a visit.

   You may clear cookies in your browser. If you clear the region cookie, the website will ask you to choose a country again before you continue browsing.

8. How long we keep information

   We keep personal information for as long as your account, order, or distributorship requires, and for the further period needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and other legal duties. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove details that identify you, unless the law requires us to keep a record.

9. Your privacy choices

   You may ask us to:

   • Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and for a copy of it;
   • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
   • Delete information, or restrict how we use it, where the law gives you that right;
   • Stop marketing messages;
   • Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting handling that was lawful before the withdrawal.

10. Security

    We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure. Please keep your password private and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

11. Children

    This website and the Independent Distributor program are not directed to anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Governing law

    The country you selected on this website is Philippines. The laws of Philippines govern this Privacy Policy and any dispute about how we handle personal information under it. Venue and jurisdiction for that dispute shall be in Philippines.
